Value Port is an online communication platform that enables companies to discover and connect with each other for sales purposes. The platform provides an internal messaging system that allows service proposals to be conducted without publicly exposing company contact information.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Value Port to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Collect or harvest information about other users without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Upload or transmit harmful software or malicious code

5. Company Listings

Companies listed on Value Port must be approved by the platform. Value Port reserves the right to remove or reject any company listing at its sole discretion. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information they provide in their company listings.

6. Messaging and Communication

The internal messaging system is provided for legitimate business communication. Value Port does not monitor the content of private messages but reserves the right to investigate and take action if a violation of these terms is reported.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of Value Port are the property of Value Port and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Value Port operates as an intermediary communication platform and does not directly participate in business transactions or agreements between companies. We are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions between users on the platform.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Termination

Value Port reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. DM Platform Use

The direct messaging (DM) feature on Value Port is intended solely for professional business communication between registered companies. By using the DM platform, you agree to:

• Use direct messages only for legitimate business inquiries, proposals, and discussions
• Refrain from sending unsolicited promotional content, spam, or repetitive messages
• Not share or forward the content of private messages to third parties without the consent of all participants
• Not use the DM system to harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Not attempt to extract personal contact information from other users for purposes outside the platform

Value Port reserves the right to restrict or revoke DM access for any user who violates these guidelines. Abuse of the messaging system may result in account suspension or termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Value Port shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
